Visit with Santa

Mommy and Daddy took me to see Santa to tell him about all the great gifts I want since I'm such a good boy....
Here I was standing at the gate.... I was trying to get Mommy's attention to ask her when it was going to be my turn...
Finally she saw me and told me just a few more loooooong minutes to wait.
Finally I told Santa my wish list. I think the rest of the kids were getting anxious because my list was quite extensive. Of course, Santa and I had to take time to pose for a picture.... Cheeeese!!!

My Great Aunt Libby

Great Aunt Libby always puts on a Great Big Thanksgiving Meal.... This year it was nice enough that we could go outside and work some of that bird off by playing in the yard. And, of course, pose for some pictures for Mom. It seems as though she never puts that camera down....

Yummy! Toast and Eggs......

Whenever Mommy gets the chance she likes to fix me up a nice breakfast...... Last weekend it was toast and eggs.
Funny how Mommy puts all this food in front of me...... and I can manage to pick out the toast from the eggs. Toast is tasty, eggs.... not so much....
Get off my tray you yucky egg...... (I only like eggs if they have cheese on them or in an omelette)!
Mmmmm, toast! Yummy in the tummy....

I'm just so excited about all of this yummy food...... Things are lookin' up now that I have 3 teeth and 3 more on the way!

Some more pictures to view....

I went to Gabriel's Birthday party and his dad took this wonderful picture. Thanks Steve!
Uh, I just love my Mommy to pieces...... What's not to love?

Don't ask.....

Mischief? Me???? Never!!!!

"What Mommy? I wasn't doing anything wrong....." I love you!

Little Explorer

Now that I'm a little more mobile I try to explore as much as possible.
I knew Mom was watching, but I couldn't resist the urge.......
I stood up and walked over to the corner cabinet. I see Mom and Dad get in this one when they need plastic bowls.....
Then I decided I'd give it a whirl, so I pulled on the handle and wha-la, the door opened!

Wow, look at all that wonderful "stuff" in there!!! Jackpot Baby!

Watch out! I'm goin' in!!!!

My First Haircut :)

Mommy and Daddy took me to get my first haircut on November 15th.
I was such a good boy. Since I'm still a little small to understand how to sit by myself in a big boy chair, Mom had to hold me.
First the nice lady wet down my hair.....

Then she combed it and cut off all of my little curly locks. Don't worry Gram, Mom saved some of those curls for the baby book...... We didn't get a picture of the end result, but we'll be sure to post one soon.

Birthday Party (shortened version)

Mom and Dad put on a spectacular party for my first birthday! They invited all of my closest friends and family. The morning of was a little hectic preparing for the event, but thanks to Gram, Grampa, Auntie Trish and Megan, everything came together!
When the guests arrived, they were able to pick out a pooh picture to color. They also had neat little gift bags (the bubbles were a hit).
One of the games we played was "Pass the Pooh Bear" (also known as Pass the Hot Potato). Daddy even played the CD from Pepere' that had songs with my name. Unfortunately, all the little kids were out first and the only two left were Rebecca and Briona. Rebecca ended up with the win after a "sudden death" tie breaker! We also had a pinata and all the kids got lots of candy! It was a nice day so we went outside to play at the Community Center playground. Mommy said it was a good chance for the kids to blow off some steam before our meal. Then everyone went inside and ate Mommy's world famous lasagna and Gram's world famous Mac 'N Cheese..... Then we moved on to the cake!!!!
As predicted, I didn't quite know what to do with the cake, but after a little help from Mommy and Megan, I ended up digging in....... (look below)
Mmmmmmm Mmmmmm, Good stuff!!!!

And finally, this is a picture of all the kids who helped me celebrate... Thank you all for a fun time!

More posts, finally!!!

Now that Mom is done procrastinating, you can finally see how much more I'm growing!!!!
Mom thought it was funny that I got stuck like this trying to get my toys. So while I was trying to get an assist out of this thing she took the opportunity to get a picture........ Not funny...
One of my bestest "grown up" friends, Megan, came over to the house and we rocked out to Rockband 2. Too bad Mom and Dad didn't get any snapshots of me with the guitar! Maybe next time. As you can see, I'm a natural Rockstar!!!
This was my halloween costume. One of Mommy's friends got a picture of me with the hood over my head. I'll see if I can get a picture to post here later. Mommy took me for a hayride around the neighborhood and we watched all the big kids trick-or-treat. Next year I'll be joining in on the fun!

Look who's finally crawling!!!!

Daddy and I were racing around the kitchen until I saw Mommy with the camera, which is my cue to stop what I am doing and come after her. Getting me to perform is sometimes a little difficult. Usually Mommy or Daddy has to do it covertly. Anyway, here I am chasing down Mom and trying to steal the camera.

I went to Maine

Well, I went to Maine to be with my family. Unfortunately my Great-Grammy DeBlois passed away, but I'm told she's in a much better place now, so that makes me happy. The plane ride up to Maine and back were both AWESOME!!! Mommy said I'm a trooper.... I didn't cry one time and all the ladies were making googly eyes at me. Too bad Daddy wasn't with me, he probably would've appreciated all of the extra attention. Anyway, I thought I'd share a couple of pictures with you about my trip.....
This is my Bumpa (Nana's husband). He took me to see Nana's Guinea hens. I thought they were pretty cool, especially when they started their squawking nonsense.....Mommy and Nana took me to breakfast with my Aunt Gale, Cousin Jamie, Aunt Judy, Cousin Kathy and my Great Nanny (Dot) who's in the left hand side of this picture. It was Nanny's Birthday..... She looks pretty fantastic for 84 years old, wouldn't you say?

Later that day, all of my little cousins came for a visit.... From the left there is Sheldon, Mikayla, wonderful me and Kaylee. It was quite the feat to get us all together for a single picture. After this one, things went downhill...

I decided that I would rather play with a leaf, while Kaylee tried to get me to regain focus......
And Sheldon decided he'd rather play with the dog and ball instead.....
I had a fantastic trip to Maine and can't wait to do it again. Until next time, I hope the air stays fresh with the smell of Maine pine trees.....

I love you Nana!!!! Miss you already... :(

It's Pumpkin Time!

Nana, Gram, Mommy and Daddy all took me to the Berry Farm so that I could pick out my very own pumkin. The first order of business was riding behind the tractor to get to the pumkin patch.
I wasn't too sure about the ride, but Mommy held me tight and assured me that everything was alright. Plus she said it was the only way to get to the pumpkin patch.....
When we got there I got right down to business. Mommy stopped to pose for a picture, but look at me. I'm using every available minute to scan for that perfect pumpkin.... Enough with the pictures already, Ma..... I found the perfect pumpkin!!!!
Not too big and not too small...... This one was just the right size for me. And not a moment too soon. The man driving the tractor said, "One more minute," and we had to race back to the wagon.....
Yay!!!! I got my puuuuuumpkin,.... and you can't haaaaaaave it... 'Cause it's so awwwwesome..... And I'm so luuuuuucky!..... Maybe next year you can have your own....

Silly goat..... Look at me!!!

Look at this silly goat... The goats will walk up this plank to get to food at the other end. He was taking a break because it was kinda hot outside.....
Mom and I went to get a closer look at the other goats. They weren't too active, but they were still amusing.
We'll see how I measure up next year, but for now I think 2 1/4 feet is a pretty good start!!! Oh, I think I might have been trying to sneak a couple inches in by standing on my tippy toes (shhhh, it's a secret).
I decided that I am definitely too cute to be a pig!
I'll hang out with Dad and flirt with the ladies instead.......

Berry Farm Finale

See you next year, Mr. Pumpkin Head.....

My First Ever Parade

This was my first ever parade and it was soooo much fun! Nana flew in all the way from Maine and she and Mommy took me to the King George Parade!!! I like to point a lot... Here, I was pointing at the cars and trucks that kept driving by while we were waiting for the parade to start.
I forgot to tell you all how much I like balloons.... Balloons are my favoritest thing in the whole wide world (well, they're not as fantastic as Mama)..... I especially like them when they're filled with helium. So, bit of advice..... If I'm ever visiting and I'm acting a little fussy, find a balloon and in no time I'll be the happiest baby ever (actually, everyone says I'm always happy anyway).
