Blackmail Photo

I begged and pleaded with Mommy not to post this picture, but she said it was too good to pass up the opportunity for a future blackmail momento..... Doesn't everyone love to make silly faces on glass windows? I swear I didn't see Mommy do this. Somehow I came up with this all on my own....

Last order of business, a stop at Cabela's.....

Nana and Bumpa love Cabela's. They say Bumpa gets a lot of hunting and fishing gear there....
Mom and I stopped to gaze at the gigantic moose statue in front of the building...
Ooooooh.... A real life moose! "I want one Mommy!"
They had the coolest little habitat set up in there for their animals.... Hopefully it's not like night at the museum where the animals come to life after dark.....
I loved this hand carved wooden bench. It was perfect to peer over and look at all the beautiful animals....

Trust me, Sheldon. I've done this before.....

Sheldon came over to visit me at Nana's house. I decided I'd take him for a little ride.... "Hop on," I said.....
He seemed a little hesitant at first, but I explained that I'm an experienced professional when it comes to the Diego car......
I pushed him all over the house.
Yaaaaaay! This is the most fun I've had in a long time!!!!!

Santa Listened!!!!

Oh boy! When I woke up Christmas morning there were even more gifts under the Christmas tree. The first thing I zeroed in on was a new swing! Santa was listening, after all!!!
Things were lookin' up.... Now if I can only get Daddy to hang it....
Awesome!! Santa also brought the choo choo train that moves and has little balls that spin around. It even makes noise.... Looks like Mommy and Daddy will not be getting sleep anytime soon.
Goodness, look at all this stuff.... Legos, a xylophone, a dump truck, letters for the bath, books.... the list goes on and on.....
Mommy took a moment to help me spell my name... Isn't she the greatest?
And I just love love love this great big dump truck! Bumpa took me for a ride in it... I was just the right size to fit in the back while he pushed me around......

As if there wasn't already enough snow!!!!

We definitely weren't lacking for a White Christmas in Maine this year.... Check this out.
Isn't the snow just beautiful? I don't understand why people don't like this stuff......
Mommy, Daddy and Nana bundled me up to take me outside for a sled ride. Isn't this little sled just the coolest? It's perfectly designed to fit little tikes like me so that I don't tip over into the cold snow....
Nana did such a great job pulling me around.... I was having the time of my life!
That was, of course, until everyone decided it'd be a great idea to take a picture of me next to the snowman.... Not sure how I felt about that...
Does the look on my face say enough?

Woohoo! I'm walking!!!!!

It seems as though all of my big milestones happen in Maine. First there was the crawling, then the pulling up and now look at this! You can't stop me! I'm in the big league now!!! This video was taken on December 15th.....

Trip to Maine and New Hampshire

First order of business on our trip was to visit with Pepere in New Hampshire. After a lengthy drive with an overnight stay in Connecticut we were VERY happy to be at our destination. It wasn't long after we arrived that we were blessed with the fluffy white stuff..... Look at how beautiful the parking lot looked before we went to bed.....
Of course, it wasn't long before I was up to my old tricks. If there was rummaging to be done, I was all over it.
Into the cabinets.....
Dresser drawers....
Playing with lids.....
and blenders as well.... While in New Hampshire I took my first long trek. I'll show you that next....

Mmmm.... Baked Beans!!!

Mommy and Daddy decided they'd let me feed myself some baked beans. I swear, some DID end up in my mouth!

"What, Daddy? I didn't make this mess, Mommy did!!!"
