Tasty book!!!

I was considering trying to learn how to read..........
But then I discovered how tasty the book was!!!!

Fun at Gram's

This past weekend Mommy and Daddy took me to Gram's house. It was Aunty Trish's Birthday. Here I am at play in the swing. Gram even gave me this great book to read while I was swinging. Problem was, I was too distracted by the crinkling noise it makes.
Then Daddy decided to take a nap with me while Mommy was shopping. She was buying clothes for her new job. Yet another step closer to those new toys I've been dreaming about!!!

Tummy time in the morning

The morning's the only time of day that I would not be preturbed after about 2 minutes of tummy time. Mommy was actually able to leave me here for almost 10 minutes!!!! Things are lookin' up!!!

Mommy & Me

Gram mentioned that there were not many pictures of Mommy and I on the website and I agreed. So I had Daddy take this picture and thought I'd post it for everyone to see. I would've given a smile, but we had been out all day and I was just happy to be home. I love you Mom!!!!

4 month check-up & rolling over

I'm just writing today to tell you all how my 4 month check-up went. I weighed in today at 15lb, 7oz and I'm 24 inches long!!!!!!!!!!! Not too shabby for someone who started out at 4lb, 6oz and 16 inches. Wouldn't you agree????

Funny story...... One of the questions the doctor asked Mom and Dad was, "Has he rolled over yet?" to which they replied, "No." But I couldn't let that be their final answer. So after the doctor turned me on to my tummy I rolled quickly on to my back. Mom and Dad were so excited and happy they just couldn't stop laughing.

Once again, I never disappoint!!!!! I'll post more pictures soon so keep visiting......

I might not be smiling in this one, but Mom still can't resist posting it because I'm just so darn cute!!!

Wow, look at this activity center

When I first saw this I wondered, "Holy smokes, what is this thing?????"
Then I discovered there are different colored buttons.....

So being the curious kid that I am, I pushed one and........... Moooooooooo, it mooed at me! And then the more I pushed it the more different sounds it made. It barked, meowed, quacked and roared at me!!! This thing is the coolest!

Today I turned 4 months old!!! My coordination is improving daily, as you can see. It's great to have control of these little things called hands....

So precious.....

This one's for Mommy. She thinks this is just the most precious picture she's ever seen. She's the proudest Mom ever and she definitely spoils me with affection every day. I'm not looking forward to her going back to work, but someone's gotta buy me toys.....

Mr. Bear, the copycat

Today Mommy tried to put me down for a nap without holding me until I fell asleep. I just wasn't having any of it, so she put Mr. Bear down with me in hopes that he would be able to soothe me to sleep. As you can see, it worked! Look at Mr. Bear, he's copying the way I'm sleeping.....

Thank God for clean diapers!!!

Squealing with Delight!!!

Nana, this one's for you!!!! The excitement was just too much to contain.....

Walk with Mommy and Daddy

Today Mommy and Daddy were quite excited that they were able to take me for a walk in the stroller without having to use the carseat. This was the first time that I was able to sit up like a big boy and see where I was headed instead of where I'd already been.
As you can see, the excitement was short-lived. I think I was "out" about a hundred yards into our journey.
But I never disappoint!!! After my 30 minute snoozer I was awake and ready to go!
Thank God these toys are interchangable between the carseat and the stroller. I'm just now starting to grab for things and these are definitely some noisemakers.
Mommy really loved this close-up and was happy Daddy got such a good shot.... That was until she realized why I have that red mark above my left eye. The story? Well, Daddy was holding me in his lap and I decided to get a little roudy. The end result, I bumped my head on the chair. Mommy told me she'll take care of Daddy later. I trust she'll make it right!!!!!
